The Tenant Portal is a dedicated page where your tenants can view their lease details, check outstanding bills, upload payment slips, and submit maintenance requests — without needing to create an account. Each tenant gets a unique link.

You can connect Renterday to LINE on any plan, including Free. The bot automatically sends rent bills to tenants via LINE, and tenants can reply with payment slips directly in the chat. It makes rent collection as simple as sending a message.

Renterday generates monthly bills automatically. Tenants can upload payment slips via the Tenant Portal or LINE. You review the slips and approve or reject them from your dashboard. You can also enable auto-approve for verified slips — available on every plan.

Can I track utility costs like electricity and water?

Yes. Renterday has a meter reading feature where you record monthly electricity and water meter values. The system calculates the usage and cost automatically, and includes it in the tenant's monthly bill.

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth with industry-standard security. We never share your data with third parties.

Yes. Renterday supports workspaces with multiple members. You can invite team members to help manage your properties, each with their own login. Workspace invitations are managed from the Settings page.
